    reciprocal insurance exchanges to reorganize and covert into stock insurance companies.
  • SB 487 (Mcllhinnev)| Bill Summary — Amends the Insurance Company Law to ensure individuals
    seeking physical therapy, chiropractic. and occupational therapy who are sharing the
    cost of the care pursuant to a health insurance policy will not he charged multiple
    copayments for these services.
  • SB 489 (Yaw)| Bill Summary — Amends the Check Casher Licensing Act of 1998 to lower the fee for
    cashing a government issued check; to require the public posting of fees for cashing the
    check: and to all for recovery of losses due to fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • SB 494 (Ward)| Bill Summary — Repeals a requirement that the General Assembly be furnished with a
    copy of an annual report required under the Flood Insurance Education and Information
    Act of 1996.
