SB 566 (Vogel & Kitchen) | Bill Summary – An Act amending the act of December 3, 1959 (P.L.1688, No.621), known as the Housing Finance Agency Law, further providing for the Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement Fund.

SB 482 (Brewster) | Bill Summary – An Act amending the act of July 7, 1947 (P.L.1368, No.542), known as the Real Estate Tax Sale Law, in sale of property, providing for Optional County Demolition and Rehabilitation Fund.

Amendment A00555 (Fontana) – Specifying how the money is deposited into the fund, through third party sales of tax delinquent property and clarifying the terms by which the fund shall be used for.

SB 486 (Argall) | Bill Summary – An Act amending the act of April 8, 1982 (P.L.310, No.87), referred to as the Recorder of Deeds Fee Law, authorizing an additional fee to be imposed and used for demolition of dilapidated buildings on blighted property; and making an editorial change.

Amendment A00603 (Wagner) – Striking “dilapidated buildings on”.

SB 330 (Ward) | Bill Summary – An Act amending Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in neighborhood blight reclamation and revitalization, providing for failure to comply with a code requirement.

Amendment A00544 (Wagner) – Striking the mandatory minimum criminal penalty, repealing section 7510 of Title 18 and clarifying differences between serious violations and public nuisance violations by placing the lower standard of negligence of “reasonable attempt” on nuisances and leaving it undefined.
