Pennsylvania Will Be the First State in the Country to Introduce “Clean Slate” Legislation
HARRISBURG – On Wednesday, April 13th at 10:30 a.m., Sens. Scott Wagner (R-28th) and Anthony Williams (D-8th) will be joined by Reps. Sheryl Delozier (R-88th) and Jordan Harris (D-186th), as well as leading law enforcement officials and advocates from around the state, to unveil first-of-its-kind legislation that will automatically seal criminal records for minor offenses.
