Media Advisory – Committees to hold public hearing on the state plan for Alzheimer’s Disease

Senator Randy Vulakovich, chairman of the Senate Aging & Youth Committee, today announced that his committee will hold a joint public hearing with the House Aging & Older Adult Services on Tuesday, June 24, to gather testimony on the Pennsylvania State Plan for Alzheimer’s Disease and related disorders.

The hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. in Hearing Room 1 of the North Office Building in the State Capitol Complex.

Secretary of Aging Brian Duke and members of the Pennsylvania Alzheimer’s Disease Planning Committee are scheduled to speak at the joint hearing.
