The Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a public hearing on SB 1095 addressing Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPPs).  The hearing will take place on Thursday, April 24th at 9:30 a.m. at the Philadelphia Bar Association, 1101 Market Street, 11th Floor Conference Center, Philadelphia, PA 19107.  See list of witnesses below.  Members of the media are encouraged to attend.
